Society Architecture Collective and HBA partnered to transform the hotel's lobby and signature restaurant, honoring Miami's Art Deco heritage and vibrant local art scene. A dramatic wave-inspired focal screen with integrated lighting anchors the lobby, while intricate tilework mirrors the turquoise tones of Biscayne Bay. A bold palette of sunset orange, soft coral, and teal energizes the space through custom rugs, inviting seating, and backlit accents. The newly renovated restaurant seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor experiences, with handcrafted Italian tiles, custom pendant lighting, and vibrant accents throughout. The 41-seat bar and 56-seat dining area open directly onto the waterfront deck, inviting guests to savor Gold Coast-inspired cuisine alongside breathtaking bay views.
