Saban Community Clinic’s newest state-of-the-art healthcare facility, the Virgil Family Health Center, reflects the clinic’s commitment to advancing comprehensive, family-centered care. The existing 14,000-square-foot building east of downtown Los Angeles was transformed into a calming, healing environment. The first floor includes a primary care clinic offering medical, behavioral health, vision, and dental services, with eight exam rooms, a dental suite with four operatories, behavioral health therapy rooms, and administrative spaces. An outdoor courtyard provides dedicated respite space for staff. The project also includes a second-floor renovation accommodating a call center, conference rooms, and additional administrative offices. The entitlement process required Los Angeles City Planning clearances under the Vermont–Western Station Neighborhood Area Plan.
