Juanita’s journey with us began many years ago as an Administrative Assistant, and over time, she has grown alongside the firm as both the company and her role continue to evolve. Through her hard work, dedication, and deep understanding of the company’s operations, she has gradually taken on larger roles, serving as Office Manager, Operations Director, and now Controller. In her current position, Juanita is involved in many aspects of the firms operations and plays an important role in helping keep projects and internal processes running smoothly. She works closely with the Principals, Associates, Project Architects, and Project Managers, supporting coordination across teams; helping maintain an organized and productive work environment. Her reliability, efficiency, and long standing commitment to the SOCIETY Architecture Collective family has made her a trusted and valued part of the team.
