Gina Cabotaje, AIA, LEED® AP, Associate

“Society is about belonging to something greater than ourselves. It is about connection, shared values, and respect for diverse perspectives. As architects, we have a unique opportunity to contribute to society in meaningful ways—an opportunity that inspires me to grow, learn, and strive to be better every day.”

Gina brings more than 30 years of experience across a wide range of architectural projects, with a strong focus on healthcare facilities serving underserved communities throughout Los Angeles. She has a deep understanding of the complex and highly specialized nature of healthcare design, viewing every project as an opportunity to foster environments that promote healing, wellness, and dignity.

An expert in medical planning, Gina is highly proficient in OSHPD-2 and OSHPD-3 compliance and has extensive experience navigating the project entitlement process, paving the way for successful future developments. She values the teamwork and coordination required across all disciplines, believing that collaboration is essential to a project’s success.
